Info & Pendaftaran Reuni 1 Agustus 2009
Tagged Under : 1 Agustus, bogor, kumpul, reuni smp 73
Tidak terasa dua puluh dua tahun kita berpisah (biar dramatis). Kini saatnya kita menyatukan tulang-belulang yang terpisah oleh waktu & jarak pada “Reuni SMP 73 Lulusan Tahun 1987”.
Saat ini Panitia sudah dibentuk, acara telah disusun, database sedang dilengkapi, tanggal & tempat sudah tercapai kata mufakat.
Gak usah takut kecebur sungai atau ketabrak gokart, karena reuni kali ini diadakan diatas tanah, beralaskan rumput & lantai marmer dihalaman vila yang cantik dipinggiran Jakarta. Mau rumpi-rumpi boleh, nemenin Pepenk makan juga silakan. Biar gak boring, sudah disiapkan musisi handal untuk mengiringi kita menyanyi. Tak lupa permainan seru. Acara akan ditutup dengan teleconference dengan perwakilan alumni di mancanegara
Biar gak pada nyasar atau salah tanggal atau bahkan salah reuni ke sekolah sebelah, tolong simak baik-baik info berikut ini :
JADWAL & TEMPAT
- Hari, Tanggal : Sabtu, 1 Agustus 2009
- Waktu : 07.30 WIB – 16.00 WIB
- Lokasi : Jl. Hegarmanah I – Bogor (lihat peta lokasi)
TRANSPORTASI
Panitia mengharapkan peserta membawa kendaraan pribadi masing-masing. Namun bagi peserta yang tidak membawa kendaraan, kami juga menyediakan transportasi berupa bis full AC. Mengingat keterbatasan kapasitas bis, peserta pengguna bis wajib melakukan konfirmasi saat pendaftaran
Adapun ketentuan penggunaan bis adalah :
- Peserta yang akan menggunakan bis wajib melakukan konfirmasi kepada panitia pada saat pendaftaran
- Dijemput & diantar ke SMP 73 Tebet Timur, berkumpul di lapangan PSPT pukul 07.00 pagi
- Tidak ada tambahan iuran
Pengguna kendaraan pribadi mohon melakukan koordinasi dengan Sdr. Achmad (0818-756-327) agar tidak tersasar dijalan
IURAN & DONASI
- Iuran kebersamaan untuk acara ini adalah Rp. 150,000,-. /orang
- Bagi yang memiliki rizki yang lebih, kami harapkan dapat memberikan donasinya
Iuran dan donasi silakan ditransfer ke rekening Bendahara yang akan dijelaskan pada mekanisme pendaftaran
MEKANISME PENDAFTARAN
- Mentransfer iuran Rp. 150.000,- + donasi (bila berkenan) ke rekening Bendahara Panitia Reuni sebagai berikut :

Rekening # 035-007-6778 an. Junita Handayani
- Setelah transfer wajib mengirimkan konfirmasi dapat berupa email ke email address : reuni@x73.web.id (Jangan Kirim ke Milis) yang berisikan data : Nama Lengkap, Nama Panggilan, Email Address Aktif, No. HP, menggunakan bis / kendaraan pribadi & nominal yang ditransfer
- Konfirmasi juga bisa dilakukan dengan mengirimkan SMS ke : 0815–1380-3478 (Junita Handayani), 0816–185-0263 (Dewie Ratna / Ayus) & 0816– 4848-968 (Evry)
- Bendahara akan mengirimkan email konfirmasi / mengupdate nama peserta di website http://www.x73.web.id

ucok SMP73 ada funbike nya juga dong biar bisa ngegowesss nih seperti SMP dulu kan ada club sepeda : OTC (organization tebet cycle) BBG (bakti bicycle club), sekalian nostagia gitu broooo…..
Ngegowes boleh… mancing hayuk… makan2 juga OK. Tapi ketemuan dulu tanggal 1, nanti kita atur rencana disana
